Terms of Service
A plain-language summary of the agreement between you and TradeTixs. This is not legal advice and should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
Using TradeTixs
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the tickets you list.
Listings and trades
You may only list tickets you legally control and can transfer. Once a trade or order is accepted, you are obligated to complete the transfer by the stated deadline.
Escrow and payouts
Funds are held until the buyer confirms delivery or the confirmation window closes. Payouts may be held while verification or a dispute is in progress.
Prohibited conduct
No fraudulent, duplicate or already-transferred tickets, no off-platform payments, no automated scraping, and no attempts to circumvent verification or fees.
Enforcement
We may suspend accounts, cancel trades and reverse payouts where we detect fraud or repeated policy violations.
