TradeTixs works because fans keep their word. These are the expectations for everyone trading here.
List honestly
Describe the exact section, row and ticket type you hold. No duplicate listings of the same seat and no tickets you have already transferred elsewhere.
Transfer on time
Complete transfers before the deadline shown on the trade and upload proof so escrow can release.
Keep it on platform
Never move a payment off TradeTixs. Off-platform payments have no escrow, no dispute process and no protection.
Be decent
No harassment, discrimination or spam in messages. Report anything that looks like a scam and we will investigate.
Consequences
Violations can mean cancelled trades, withheld payouts or a permanent ban. See our terms for details.
