Swapping seats is free when both tickets are close in value. If one side owes a cash top-up, that amount is held in escrow and released with the transfer.

The price shown on a listing is the price you pay. No booking fee, no delivery fee, nothing added at the last step. Every checkout shows the full breakdown before you confirm.

A 7% TradeTixs service fee comes out of your payout, and you see exactly what you will receive while you set your price. Payouts are sent once the buyer confirms the tickets arrived.

Every purchase is covered: valid tickets delivered before the event, money held in escrow until you confirm, and a full refund if anything falls through.

Identity verification is free for buyers. Sellers and payout requests go through document verification at no cost to you.
